9. Termination:

   We may terminate this Agreement and your Account for any reason, including breach or multiple accounts. You may also terminate by closing your Account.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

    Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction we determine at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, with no class or representative actions.

11. Miscellaneous:

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and CrackedAces.com. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified rather than voided to effectuate the parties’ intent.
